These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Busimatch's Website and Services, accessible from http://busimatch.club as a decentralized ecosystem.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms of service. Do not continue to use Busimatch.club if you do not agree to take all of the terms of service stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms of service. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Malta. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1.Payments: Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made on time, we shall be entitled to charge interest and collection costs in accordance with thestatutory regulations.

2.Retention of title: Delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

3.Guarantee: We offer a guarantee on delivered goods and/or services in accordance with the statutory regulations and any specifically statedguarantee conditions.

4.Liability: Our liability is limited to direct damage and in no case exceeds the invoice amount of the delivery or service in question.

5.Force majeure: In the event of force majeure we are entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part without being obliged to pay any compensation.

6.Applicable law: All agreements are subject to Maltese law.

7.Disputes: Disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submited to the competent court in Malta.

8.No Financial Services and Market Volatility: We expressly state that we do not offer financial services. Our products/services are intended for specific purposes as described in our invoice. We are not responsible for the volatility of financial markets and offer no guarantee regarding the value of any digital asset, crypto currency or other financial instruments that may be associated with our products/services. Use of our products/services does not imply any guarantee or promise of profit or success, and any investment in such assets is made at the customer's own risk.

Terms of Services ( Community & Ecosystem )

9. License

Unless otherwise stated, Busimatch.club and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Busimatch.club. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Busimatch.club for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms of service.

10. You must not:

Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Busimatch.club
Reproduce, duplicate or copy intelectual material from Busimatch.club
Redistribute content from Busimatch.club users is possible.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

11.Content

By posting Your Content on or through Busimatch.club, you grant Busimatch.club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), and perpetual license to use, modify, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display Your Content and any name, username, voice, or likeness provided in connection with Your Content in all media formats and channels now known or later developed without compensation to you.

12.By posting Your Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content posted by you on or through Busimatch.club or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and
The posting of your content on or through Busimatch.club does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person and
Everything on Added will be locked on the Blockchain of our choice.

13.Community Guidelines

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Violating laws and rights: You may not (a) use Busimatch.club for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws, (b) violate or encourage others to violate any right of or obligation to a third party, including by infringing, misappropriating, or violating intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights.
Solicitation: You may not use Busimatch.club to advertise, sell, or promote any products or services if you have not a paid subscribtion.
Disruption: You may not disrupt or interfere with the security, integrity, functionality, or performance of Busimatch.club.

14.Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Busimatch.club immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Busimatch.club.

15.Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms of service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access Busimatch.club or discontinue any use of Busimatch.club immediately.

Busimatch accounts

We have 2 sort of accounts for you

The free account ( GIves you the right to read everything and to buy in the stores and the services.
a: The paid account under 1000$ receive the same account in Bt tokens that only can be used in the Busimatch ecosystem and gives you the right to post blogs and add websites, buy in the stores and the services. ( Light Version of KYC )

b: The 1000$ accounts and above gives you the right to get tokens for the same amount, that only can be used in the busimatch ecosystem and gives you more rights in the busimatch ecosystem such as open a store with real and digital goods and sell Services. Also it gives you the right to deploy smart contracts with other Busimatch ecosytems such as other companies and clubs. ( Full version of KYC )

All paid acounts are time limited of 365 days And payable in Usdt & Bt tokens only.

Third parties, their services & tools.

We have numerous agreements with third parties and wish to assert that we cannot be held responsible for the actions of these parties. While we utilize their tools and avail ourselves of all offerings, whether free or paid, it is explicitly stated that we shall not assume liability should either the third parties themselves or their tools cause harm to us or our clients.

Bt tokens

Our Bt tokens are the tokens on the Binance chain and only usable in the Busimatch ecosystem. ( Contract 0x533914E046610d62B6417fA3007752A5d7142c66 )

They can be bought with Fiat money or Usdt on the Binance chain.

The Bt tokens can only be converted to Usdt via busimatch and only if the Usdt are bought with the the same amounts of Bt tokens that are staked in the level 1 usdt Hyperpools of Busimatch with the TX as proof. This is also only possible with Paid accounts above 1000$

Bt tokens can never be converted to Fiat money, we don't provide this service in any way.

Usdt tokens can be converted to Fiat money on more than 600 exchanges worldwide.
