Here’s a prediction about the future.
As AI gets smarter - more jobs disappear.
As surveillance expands - more privacy disappears.
As housing costs rise - more affordability disappears.
As corporations consolidate - more choices disappear.
And as life becomes increasingly digital - more people will start looking for an analog exit.
The exit is behind me.
A dirt lot. A community of people
who run on solar instead of the grid.
Who move instead of staying.
Who need less instead of consuming more.
Who are harder to track than anyone else in this country.
The surveillance state is growing.
So is this.
And the more total the system becomes - the more people will choose the dirt lot
over the city that wants to own them.
This isn’t fringe anymore.
It’s a prophecy
the system
is writing
