1. Who we are These terms apply to every order placed in the shop DVC-Graphics, Scharebrugstraat 38, 8370 Blankenberge, België, VAT BE0672263349, e-mail didier@dvcgraphics.com, telephone 0495266181. 2. Prices All prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order. Obvious mistakes in a price are not binding. 3. Your order An agreement exists once we confirm your order by e-mail. We may refuse an order, for example when an item is out of stock; you are then informed and any amount already paid is refunded. 4. Payment Payment is made through the payment methods shown at checkout. 5. Delivery We deliver within thirty days unless another period is agreed. Is delivery impossible, then you are told promptly and refunded within fourteen days. The risk passes to you once you receive the goods. 6. Right of withdrawal As a consumer you may cancel within fourteen days without giving a reason. How that works is explained on our returns page. 7. Legal guarantee You have a legal guarantee of two years on new goods that are not in conformity with the agreement. This guarantee is free of charge and comes on top of any commercial warranty. 8. Applicable law Belgian law applies. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. 10. The platform This shop rents space on Busimatch. The seller named above is solely responsible for the products, the information and the handling of your order. Busimatch is not a party to the agreement between you and the seller.
