How Busimatch works
One person, one account, and every company its own Business profile. It may feel a bit formal at first, but there is a good reason for it: this way everything is also legally correct.

You are not your company
A company (certainly a non-profit or a limited company) is legally a separate "person" with its own company number and VAT number. That number belongs to the company, not to you as a human being. That is why your VAT number never goes on your personal profile, but always on the Business profile of your company.

One person = one account
Your account is yours personally, with your own e-mail address and your own password. Does your partner run a company too? Then your partner gets an own account, with that company attached to it. Every company sits with its rightful owner. If you ever sell your company, or your situation changes, everything stays neatly separated.

Work as your company, for real
As a Pro member you switch to your company with one click on the green button. From that moment you act in the name of your company: posting, requesting quotes, placing orders. Everything your company does is registered in the company's name. Request a quote and it lands in the file area of your company, not between your private things.

Several people in one company? No problem
You never have to hand over your password. Link employees to your company and decide per person what they may do. Everyone works with their own account, and still you work together in the same company.

Your privacy stays yours
Because your account is personal, you decide about your own data and your password. We do not create accounts in your name; you confirm your own account and accept the terms yourself. That is how it should be under the privacy law (GDPR), and that is exactly how we do it.
In short: you as a person have one account, every company has its own Business profile with its own VAT number, and quotes and files always belong to the right company. Clear, safe and one hundred percent legally sound.
