The frame number is stamped under the bottom bracket or on the rear dropout. Write it down: it is the only thing that identifies this bike if it is ever stolen.
Leave the VAT box empty and no VAT line is printed. Fill in your own rate; the tool does not assume one, because it differs per country and per kind of work.
