BusiSheetPlan

Follow these steps and you are done in a few minutes.
1
Step 1Open the tool. There is nothing to install, and it keeps working without internet.
2
Step 2Choose your material and the full sheet you buy it in. Thickness, price and supplier are optional but they end up on the PDF.
3
Step 3Enter the parts you need: quantity, width, height and a name. Turn rotation off for any part where the grain or the brushed direction has to run one way.
4
Step 4Set the saw kerf and the edge trim. Every gap between two parts really is that wide, so two 1220 parts do not fit on a 2440 sheet once the blade is 6 mm.
5
Step 5Click Optimise sheets. You get one drawing per sheet, to scale, with the part number, the size, whether it was rotated, where the saw runs and what is left over.
6
Step 6Save the usable offcuts. Next time you tick Use available offcuts first and BusiSmartPlate empties them before it opens a new full sheet.
7
Step 7Download the PDF: a summary page, one page per sheet with the drawing and the dimensions, and a parts list. Print it and it goes straight to the saw.
8
Step 8Pro members unlock the tool once through the shop. After that it works offline too.
9
Step 9Done, or something went wrong? Open the dashboard and start over with a clean sheet.
