Step 1Open the tool. There is nothing to install, and it keeps working without internet.

Step 2Paste your menu: one dish per line, the price after a vertical bar. A line starting with # becomes a heading.

Step 3Say from how far the board is read. That decides the type size, and the type size decides how big the board has to be. Most people do it the other way round and end up with letters nobody can read.

Step 4Set the width and the number of columns; the tool tells you the height you need. A column that is too narrow breaks every dish onto two lines and makes the board taller than it has to be.

Step 5Watch the quality message. Green means sharp enough, red means the photo is too small.

Step 6The price works itself out while you design. You can change the rates yourself.

Step 7Download the print-ready PDF.

Step 8Pro members unlock the tool once through the shop. After that it works offline too.

Step 9Done, or something went wrong? Open the dashboard and start over with a clean sheet.
